Assuming that the sum insured of the Insured is HK$8 million, if the Insured dies unexpectedly due to a specified accident, FWD will pay: a) a death benefit of 100% of the total sum insured; plus b) Additional accidental death benefit of 100% of the total sum insured; plus c) Double indemnity benefit of 100% of the total sum insured. 5. This product is offered for a limited period and on a limited quota basis. This product provides a guaranteed maturity return of 4% p.a.. 2. Referee is eligible to enjoy the offers below for his/her first application of the following insurance products that are underwritten by FWD Life Insurance (Bermuda) Company Limited (incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) (“FWD Life”) (“Designated Insurance Product(s)”) on the FWD Online Insurance Platform with promo code FWDREF in annual payment mode during the Promotion Period:

Referrer is eligible to enjoy a supermarket cash coupon valued HK$400 upon the Referee’s successful application of a Designated Insurance Product on FWD Online Insurance Platform with promo code FWDREF in annual payment mode, which means the Referee has become a new FWD Online Insurance Platform customer during the Promotion Period, and submission of the Referee Registration.  (“Referrer Offer”)
4. The Referrer Offer will be approved and given to the Referrer’s email within 5 months after the policy issuance.
5. In order to be qualified for the Promotion as a Referrer, the customers:
   a. Must be aged 18 or above and a permanent resident of Hong Kong; and
   b. Must be the policyholder of a FWD Online Insurance Product and maintain the policy in force during the Promotion Period; and
   c. Has provided his/her last name, given name and phone number (which should match with the FWD policyholder record) to the Referee, and has provided consent to the Referee on using the above information for the Referee registration for the Promotion.
6. In order to Qualify for the Promotion as a Referee, the referred customers:
   a. Must be aged 18-100 and a permanent resident of Hong Kong; and
   b. Must not hold any FWD Life insurance policy on or before 1 October 2025; and
   c. Must submit application of Designated Insurance Product(s) underwritten by FWD Life through FWD Online Insurance Platform during the Promotion Period for the first time and the application must be accepted by FWD Life and issued on or before 31 January 2026 (“Eligible policy”); and
   d. Has obtained consent from the Referrer on using his/her last name, given name and phone number (which should match with the FWD policyholder record) for Referee registration for the Promotion; and
   e. Has filled in the Referrer information during policy application, which should match with the records of the FWD online life policy that the Referrer holds
7. The Referee is responsible for providing correct and accurate information in the application, which must match with the FWD Online Insurance Platform system record for the purpose of verification and approval for the Promotion. If there is any mismatch due to inaccurate information, the Referrer will not be eligible to enjoy the Referrer Offer.
8. The Referrer and the Referee must not be the same person.
9. Each Referee can submit only one Referral registration. If the Referee successfully applies for more than one Designated Insurance Products upon referral by the same Referrer, the Referrer can only enjoy the Referrer Offer once from referral of the same Referee.

11. By entering the Promotion, both the Referrer and Referee acknowledge that the Referrer is not an insurance intermediary of FWD Life or FWD Financial Limited (“FWD Financial”). 12. Unless specified, the Referrer Offer cannot be used together with other promotions and/or offers.
13. The Referrer Offer cannot be refunded, changed or redeemed for cash, exchanged for other gifts or services.
14. For the supermarket coupon given under the Promotion and the use of the products and/or services related to the supermarket coupon will be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the supplier.   FWD Financial is not the supplier of products and/or services. FWD Financial will not be responsible for the availability or quality of the products and/or services or the consequences of using the products and/or services (including but not limited to the service quality of the providers) under any circumstances.  Any disputes in relation to product/service shall be determined by the supplier.
15. The application submission date and the issuance date of policy of the Designated Insurance Products are based on the records of FWD Life. 16. If the Referrer or Referee cancels or surrenders their policies before the distribution of the Referrer Offer, the Referrer will not be eligible to enjoy the Referrer Offer.
17. If the Referee cancels or surrenders the policy of the Designated Insurance Product(s) before the end of the first policy year, FWD Life and/or FWD Financial shall have the right to cancel the Referrer Offer of that referral.
18. FWD Life and/ or FWD Financial reserves the rights to cancel the eligibility for the Promotion enjoyed by the Referrer or Referee without further notice.
19. FWD Life and/or FWD Financial reserves its absolute discretion to withdraw or vary this Offer without further notice.
20. In case of any dispute arise in the contents of this leaflet or this Offer, FWD Life and/or FWD Financial has final interpretation right on the contents of this leaflet.  For any dispute, the decision of FWD Life and/or FWD Financial shall be final.
