Offer	Designated annual travel insurance plan for free of charge

This promotion (the "Promotion") is organised by FWD Financial Limited ("FWD Financial"). The Offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last, and FWD Financial reserves the right to terminate the acceptance or processing of this Offer at any time without prior notice and explanation.
The annual travel insurance plan awarded under the Promotion is bolttech Insurance TravelCare Insurance Annual Cover (Plan B), which is underwritten by Bolttech Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited. The effective date of the designated annual travel insurance plan is 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive). For product details, please refer to the product brochure, policy terms, conditions and exclusions. This benefit is only applicable to travel departing from and returning to Hong Kong, and the age limit of the insured person is 18 to 70 years old. FWD Financial is a licensed insurance agent appointed by Bolttech Insurance.
The Offer is only applicable if the following requirements are satisfied: (“Eligible Customer(s)”)
a. Applicant(s) apply for designated life products or product combinations through the FWD online insurance platform during the Promotion Period; and
b. Such applications are subject to acceptance by FWD Life and the relevant policies must be issued on or before 21 December 2025 (the "Issuance Deadline").
Each Eligible Customer may enjoy the offer once only during the Promotion Period.
If the issued life insurance policy is cancelled during the cooling-off period, FWD Financial will only refund the actual premium paid and levy. Customers are also required to reimburse the fee of " bolttech Insurance TravelCare Insurance Annual Cover (Plan B)" in the amount of HK$1,420.42.
Eligible Customer must be the Policyholder of the Designated Insurance Product and maintain the policy(ies) of such Designated Insurance Product in force during the usage of the Offer. Otherwise, FWD Life reserves the rights to cancel his/her eligibility of the Offer without notice.
FWD Financial Limited (“FWD Financial”) will issue a redemption letter within 7 working days after the issuance of the Designated Insurance Product policy (“Redemption Letter”) to Eligible Customers’ email address registered at application.
Customers are required to complete the redemption of the Offer on or before 31 December 2025.
Each Eligible Customer can only redeem the Offer once, and if the Offer cannot be redeemed within the validity period on the redemption letter, FWD Life and/or FWD Financial will not issue a replacement redemption letter and will not be liable for it.
Designated complimentary annual travel Insurance plan cannot be amended, returned, transferred/resold, exchanged for cash or exchanged for other offers by the Eligible Customer. If the Offer is lost, invalid or expired for any reason, it will not be reissued. Eligible Customer is responsible for keeping the Offer Redemption Letter and/or its Offer safe.
Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and/or offers.
The application submission date and the issuance date of policy of the Designated Insurance Products are based on the records of FWD Life. FWD Life and/or FWD Financial will not be responsible for any delay, loss, error or unrecognized situation due to computer and/or Internet’s connection, technical problem, malfunction or accident.
If an Eligible Customer cancels or surrenders the policy before the end of the first policy year of the designated insurance product, FWD Life and/or FWD Financial shall be entitled to recover the fees and/or costs associated with this promotion.
FWD Life and/or FWD Financial Limited reserves its absolute discretion to withdraw or vary this Offer without further notice.
In case of any dispute arise in the contents of this leaflet or this Offer, FWD Life and/or FWD Financial has final interpretation right on the contents of this leaflet. For any dispute, the decision of FWD Life and/or FWD Financial shall be final.
