Busy figuring out what number to call for certain policy enquiry and hesitating about getting face-to-face customer service since the location is inconvenient? Two of our recent customer service enhancements can give you a total service solution.

One-stop customer service hotline

Our customer hotline has been enhanced through the launch of a new integrated hotline serving you round-the-clock. By making just one call, you may get the information you want about your Life Insurance, General Insurance and Employee Benefits plans.

Expanded customer service centre network

Moreover, our customer service centre network has spanned across the territory, when our new service centre in Shatin opened in June. The new centre, along with the existing ones in Tsim Sha Tsui, Sheung Wan and Kwun Tong, provides you with great ease to manage your policies and obtain product information at a greater ease.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm, and 3pm to 6pm
