Assistant Manager – Valuation and Capital

The Job

  • Review and conduct regular financial reporting on EV, IFRS and local statutory basis. Provide analysis and reports for management decisions.
  • Participate in the enhancement project of Prophet modelling to meet the evolving reporting needs
  • Participate in the annual business plan exercise and other regular internal management reports
  • Participate in the analysis of capital management initiatives.  Performs quantitative impact study under HKRBC and Bermuda Solvency Capital Requirement.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and lead the continuous improvement in efficiency and quality of financial reporting

The Person

  • At least 3-4 years of actuarial experience
  • Fellowship or close to Fellowship in a recognized international actuarial professional body
  • Strong technical skill and project management skill
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with less experience/ qualification will be considered as Senior Actuarial Analyst
