State the bill amount and number - as per the instructions on screen. We recommend you keep the deposit slip for future reference.

Customers can email us a cheque (this must be from the customer’s own personal bank account).
Notes: If you’re paying for different policies, please include a breakdown of each payment detail (including the policy number and the amount for each policy) in the email content.
Sorry, we can’t accept post-dated cheques or any physical print-out of an e-cheque.
For new customers (if you’re paying your premium for the first time) , please email the e-cheque to NB.email@example.com .
For policy renewals, please email the e-cheque to firstname.lastname@example.org .

Cross your cheque and make it payable to: "FWD Life Insurance Company (Bermuda) Ltd"

For life insurance plans:

For general insurance plans:
Send a cheque payable to “FWD General Insurance Company Limited”
Please clearly state the policy number on the back of the cheque. We recommend using a separate cheque for each policy.
Following all premium payments, we will issue an official receipt to customers (except payments made by autopay).
It will be posted to you within a week (longer for overseas clients).
Paying by autopay? You can check your payment records either on your statement or via
eServices, available on the app.
