You can submit your claims via different channels. Once your claim is approved, you will receive an SMS confirmation from FWD.

Click the link on the SMS and enter your HKID/ Passport number, and you will receive a QR code and a settlement letter.

Show your QR code & Receive your claim in cash

Show your QR code to the staff at any 7-Eleven store in an MTR station. Once confirmed, you will receive your claim in cash right away!
