Retirement medical cover
You can permanently convert the policy under this plan to a designated full medical reimbursement plan1 upon retirement regardless of your health conditions to cater your medical needs after retirement.
Options such as 1-year premium waiver, 1-year premium payment deferral, temporary cover under designated full medical reimbursement plan1 during job change etc. are available to cater your changing needs at different life stages.
You only need to answer a few questions. No medical examination nor any proof of good health is required.
A professional health management team will help manage the arrangement from cancer treatment and hospitalisation to post-treatment supportive therapies and consultations.
- “CANsurance Series” refers to CANsurance Cancer Protection Plan and CANsurance Full Medical Plan. CANsurance Full Medical Plan is currently the designated full medical reimbursement plan of CANsurance Cancer Protection Plan and FWD can change the designated plan from time to time without prior notice.
- Only applicable to Insured whose issue age is at or below 55 (age next birthday).
- CANcierge is currently provided by HealthMutual Group Limited (“HMG”) and its healthcare network team. FWD reserves the right to terminate or vary CANcierge in its sole discretion without further notice. FWD will not be responsible for any act, negligence or failure to act on the part of HMG and its healthcare network team.
- Only applicable to the Insured whose issue age is 1 (15 days) to 65 (age next birthday) and subject to the relevant underwriting requirements, otherwise, normal underwriting applies.
