Introducing THE ONEcierge one-stop health management with prompt specialist consultation and hospitalisation arrangement

Hong Kong, 18 May, 2015 FWD Hong Kong unveils “THE ONEcierge One Team Health Management” (“THE ONEcierge”) (Note 1), a one-stop health management service launched under the high-end medical insurance plan, TheOne Medical Solution (“TheOne”), which offers a lifetime protection of up to HK$100 million (Note 2).

"THE ONEcierge One Team Health Management” (“THE ONEcierge”), provided by HealthMutual Group Limited (“HMG”) and its healthcare network team, is applicable to TheOne Medical Solution (“TheOne”) and designated insurance basic plans or riders. Doctors of HMG and its healthcare network team are all individual healthcare personnel but not the employees or representatives of FWD. THE ONEcierge is only available in Hong Kong.

TheOne is a high-end medical plan providing the insured with a lifetime limit of up to HK$100 million till the age of 100 and comes with market’s first waiver of annual deductible for treatment of 16 critical illnesses.   5. HMG will handle the Hong Kong hotline +852 8120 9066 from 8:00am to 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday and FWD will be responsible for any calls afterwards. A toll-free number 400 930 3078, operates from 8:00am to 10:00pm Monday to Sunday, has been set up for customers in mainland China and will be also handled by HMG. Two service hotlines are designated to provide non-emergency reservation of doctor consultation only.
