FWD Hong Kong’s Brand, Service and Product Excellence Applauded with Prestigious Awards

FWD Hong Kong have won a total of eight prestigious awards recognising the company’s innovative approach to communicating the FWD brand to the public, as well as its customer-led service commitment and product excellence.


HONG KONG, 17 November 2014 - FWD Hong Kong have won a total of eight prestigious awards recognising the company’s innovative approach to communicating the FWD brand to the public, as well as its customer-led service commitment and product excellence. The instant appeal and creativity of FWD’s brand campaign has been awarded both at the BENCHMARK Wealth Management Awards 2014 (“BWMA 2014”), and the Marketing Excellence Awards 2014.

At BWMA 2014, the company has picked up six awards, which include three “Best-in-class” awards in (i) Brand of the Year – Insurance, (ii) Healthcare Insurance Product and (iii) Online Usability – Insurance; and three “Outstanding Achiever” awards in (iv) Customer Commitment & Engagement – Insurance, (v) Universal Life Insurance (RMB) Product and (vi) Employee Engagement. The annual BWMA awards providers and noteworthy individuals in the market who bring innovation, best practice and excellent governance to the forefront of the finance industry.

The annual Marketing Excellence Awards is Hong Kong’s premier awards programme celebrating excellence across the marketing communications services spectrum, while recognising the industry’s best marketing practices.
